1、出于人性化考慮為了方便維修，在滾筒的圓柱段開了一個(gè)直徑600mm的孔，可通過(guò)它進(jìn)入滾筒體的內(nèi)部進(jìn)行維修作業(yè)。

6、內(nèi)部布置兩條互為180度對(duì)焦螺旋線設(shè)計(jì)，罐體螺旋葉片增加了直徑10mm的圓鋼耐磨條，可實(shí)現(xiàn)筒體與葉片的同步磨損。提高了筒體使用壽命。
6. Two 180 degree focusing helix lines are arranged inside the tank. A round steel wear-resistant strip with a diameter of 10 mm is added to the spiral blade of the tank to realize the synchronous wear of the cylinder and blade. The service life of the cylinder is improved.
7、增加了輔助攪拌板、擴(kuò)展翅，保證攪拌均勻，無(wú)離析現(xiàn)象。

8、罐體漆面采用13道工序，底部防銹環(huán)氧樹脂防腐涂層，金屬烤漆，色澤光鮮，經(jīng)久耐用。
